Function 1: Charging Battery
Step 1: make sure the battery float charging voltage and charging current, input voltage:
Step 2: adjustable constant voltage (CV) potentiometer, regulate the output voltage to 5V.
Step 3: with a nuultimeter(2(IA current block) measure the output short circuit current, regulate current potentiometer (CC), so that the
output current reaches a predetermined charging current value:
Step 4: adjust the potentiometer, so that the output voltage reach the floating charge voltage.
Step 5: connected to the battery, charge.

Function 2: LED Constant Driver
Step 1: make sure the LED working current, max working voltage:
Step 2: adjustable constant voltage (CV) potentiometer, regulate the output voltage to 5V.
Step 3: with a multimeter(20A current block) measure the output short circuit current, regulate current potentiometer (CC), so that the
output current reaches a predetermined LED working current value:
Step 4: adjust the potentiometer to the output voltage to the LED max working voltage.
