Population 3 in a PSA 10

Please ignore the one piece of negative feedback I’ve received in over 60 sales. I offered a full refund which he declined and said he wanted money on top of the cards otherwise he’d leave me negative feedback.

I have informed eBay but they haven’t yet rectified it.
