PACKAGING AND SHIPPING TIMES
They vary from 2 to 5 working days. - No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
At the time of shipment, you will automatically be sent (to the main PayPal address) an e-mail containing the package tracking number in order to monitor the shipment.
If you do not receive the item by the expected date, please send us a message via eBay messaging providing the tracking number.

DELIVERY OF THE GOODS
It is carried out by our express courier from Monday to Friday office hours. You will not receive any notice from the courier before delivery. Specific requests for delivery times are not accepted.

SHIPMENTS TO ISLANDS OR REMOTE AREAS THAT ARE DIFFICULT TO REACH
This type of shipment can take up to 2 days more for delivery, please do not penalize us by issuing low stars for shipping times for reasons that are out of our responsibility.

DELIVERY FAILURE
Due to the recipient's absence, incorrect address or missing data (house number or other data essential for delivery) the courier will attempt a second pass.
If the customer is absent after the second step, the shipment will return to our warehouses. In this case we will reimburse you by deducting the costs incurred by us for outward and return shipping and any storage costs accrued. We will also send you a transition cancellation request which we ask you to accept. Doing so will prevent you from receiving a warning and the seller will be able to recover the commissions paid to eBay. The refund will be made within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product on site.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
It cannot be changed after purchase.
For purchases with PayPal payment, the main PayPal shipping address will be taken into consideration.
We do not accept changes to shipping addresses. If the shipping address is different from the one registered on PayPal you will have to update the shipping address on PayPal before purchasing.

Vincent srl sells and delivers the items presented in the online catalog throughout the country, including the islands.
The prices shown are VAT included. The photographs are purely illustrative and therefore non-binding.

Vincent srl reserves the right to accept or reject orders that will be placed until the goods are exhausted; orders placed on products with inventory, price or technical specification errors.

For greater customer protection, we prefer to ship our products exclusively to the address registered on Paypal, therefore no changes of address are made.

Warranty conditions
You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving the product.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third person, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer can open a return directly with the "request a return" form which will be available in "my eBay".

All products customized at the customer's request (e.g. ring made to measure or bracelet/necklace shortened) may be subject to limitations or exclusions from the right of withdrawal.

All products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.

The products must therefore be returned intact, unused and in the original packaging.
If it is determined that these products have been used or are unlabeled, Vincent Srl will not be able to process the return.
