This is a beautiful top, is like a navy blue with royal and purple colored floral glitter designs on it. Has an extra button, new with tags from Fashion Bug, size is 26/28, approx. 24" sleeves, 27" wide lying flat across and 31.5" long.

Can be worn as an over shirt as this is sheer or would need something underneath.
