SAMURAIJEANS 21oz slim model!

S711VX is made of super heavy 21OZ denim. Based on the popular S711VX, a slim straight model with a shallow inseam. Patches and flashers are newly designed exclusively for S711VX, but the basic specifications are the same as S711VX.

CAUTION

The size chart is the manufacturer's nominal size once washed and dried in the sun. Please note that the above figures may differ depending on the washing and drying methods. Also, differences in measurement methods, individual differences, seasonal and climatic errors are not included. Please consider them as a rough guide.

Yarn: Both long and short yarn are spun from a super-thick yarn of 3.6 count, uneven, hard, rough raw cotton, using a method (high-twist) that produces a coarser feel.

Dyeing: The yarn is dyed in an extra dark color that is one step higher than the dark color that can be expressed by 100% indigo. The core white part of the yarn is made as large as possible to make it easy to get a bite.

Weaving: The yarn is beaten in to the limit with thick yarns on an old-type power loom, leaving a rough feel.

Generally speaking, denim that weighs more than 20 ounces is not a true denim when it comes down to texture and color fading, given the way it is manufactured. Thick irregular yarns are dyed on a rope and woven on a power loom as legitimate denim. The only difference is that the yarn is thicker, but that was the most technically difficult part. We would be lying if we said that we did not feel antipathy and resistance to the introduction of a yarn of unprecedented thickness, as if we were pushing the weaving machine, which had been gradually acclimatized by weaving heavy-ounce denim with craftsmen who had been gradually getting used to it. However, the blood of the craftsman's soul must have been stirring. This "excellent fabric" was made possible by the strong spirit of the craftsmen onsite, who were willing to accept our feelings and carry out their will as craftsmen.

Ears: The selvedges are a special combination of red and gold lame twisted into a "sword ear".

Leather patch: As befits the strongest denim, this design was created for the 21 oz. project, featuring a large, muscular Musashi Kojiro facing off against a large, muscular Musashi Kojiro. The Zero series is based on the design of Musashi Kojiro with his sword in his hand, and the crescent moon is added to express the slim silhouette.

The lot number is "18" and the serial number will be printed on each piece starting from "000". These jeans will be your one and only pair of jeans in the world.
