Stunning, shimmering pretty little dress, beautifully made in Indian Silk blend, with smocked bodice for a great fit, and a layered swishing skirt section, finished off with a hanky pixie hem. Shoulder ties that can be tied over the shoulder or as a halterneck, with surplus straps tucked inside top.
