Item is brand new open box. The person we purchased this item from informed us that they had received two of them as a gift at the time that the camera was manufactured. This was the extra one that they had never used. All items are in original packaging from the factory and comes included with all manuals, discs, AV and USB cable, charger and original battery. We have briefly installed the battery to verify that unit powers on and is fully functional
