If you would like first class shipping you will be invoiced for it 

If the card is valued under $20 it will be shipped through standard envelope, but if the card is over $20 it will be shipped through ground advantage

For combined shipping i can ship 3 cards or less through standard envelope under $20 total, and ground advantage for over $20 order total
