If certain parts of the body, such as the back or the joints, are particularly exposed to stress, rubbing and massaging with the warming comfrey will be particularly pleasant. The comfrey gel can be used to massage strained muscles and joints.

Usage:
As needed, apply it to the affected area several times a day and massage it in.
Apply the cream in a thin layer to the affected area and its surroundings 2-3 times daily. Massage until absorbed.
