PACKAGING AND SHIPPING TIMES
They range from 2 to 5 working days. -No Saturday, Sunday and holiday shipments.
Upon shipment, you will automatically be sent (to paypal primary address) email containing the parcel tracking number in order to track shipping.
If you do not receive the item by the estimated date please message us via eBay messaging providing the tracking number.

GOOD DELIVERY
It is carried out by our express courier Monday to Friday office hours. You will not receive any notice from the courier prior to delivery. Specific requests for delivery times are not accepted.

SHIPPING TO ISLANDS OR REMOTE AREAS HARD TO REACH
These types of shipments may take up to 2 extra days for delivery, please do not penalize us by issuing low stars for shipping times for reasons that are beyond our responsibility.

FAILURE TO DELIVER
Due to absence, incorrect address of the recipient or missing data (city number or other data essential for delivery) the courier will attempt a second step.
If customer is absent after the second step, shipping will return to our warehouses. In that case we will refund you withholding the costs incurred by us for round trip shipping and any storage costs incurred. We will also send you a transition cancellation request which we ask you to accept. Doing so will prevent you from receiving a warning and the seller will be able to recover the fees paid to eBay. Refund will be made within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product on site.

For purchases with paypal payment, the primary paypal shipping address will be taken into account.
We do not accept shipping address changes, If the shipping address is different from the one registered on paypal you will need to update the shipping address on paypal before purchase.

Warranty conditions
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days of receipt of the product.
The withdrawal period expires after 30 days from the day you or a third person, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer will be able to open a return directly with the form "request a return" which will be available in "my eBay".

All customised products at customer request (e.g. tailored ring or shortened bracelet/necklace) may be subject to limitations or exclusions from the right of withdrawal.

All products must be returned in the same condition they were delivered in.

Products must therefore be returned intact, unused and in original packaging.
If you ascertain that such products have been used or are unlabeled, Vincent S.r.l. will not be able to process the return.
