While tropical, these plants grow prolifically as a perennial in zone 7b in full sun, they die back completely in the fall and make for incredible organic material to compost.

The plants tower at 6 to 10 feet with huge Bronze leaves and showy red/orange blooms. They are extremely drought tolerate although that does affect the bloom size and frequency.

These make a beautiful backdrop on a full sun wall, stand tall behind your garden for incredible contrast, and make for a perfect 'set it and forget it' installation in the flower bed.

There're freshly dug and ready for your garden this spring! Be sure to wait until after your last frost to get them planted.
