This is the highly sought after and increasingly rare 1967 Dylan issue of Oz.  We have not seen this spectacular issue for quite some time now.

Oz is THE counter culture magazine from the UK in the late 60’s and early 1970s.  

This is a very early issue - number 7 - and is dated October - November 67 and was edited by the late great Richard Neville.
