On offer, we have a hand colored photograph titled on the back "Mormon Temple Hawaii circa 1920-1930". This, I believe, is the Mormon Tabernacle in Laie, Hawaii. It's a stunning view of the church and surrounding gardens. The hand colored purple flowers at the entrance make this almost 3-dimensional. On the bottom right it is printed (copyright) 2200". Glued in a very old matte from previous framing, this is 11 1/2" X 14 3/4" with the photo approximately 6 1/2" X 10 1/2". The back of the matte, has the title and a professional photographer's label, mostly missing.
I believe this is in very good condition. The photograph is bright, bold, clean and clear. It has ripples at the top that can be removed by a professional. I see a black shadow line beside the 2nd tier of the center water feature that may, may or not, be original.  The very old matte has some toning and spotting. As I am not an expert, please view my photographs for more description.
This is from my friend who is moving to a much smaller home and parting with some of his treasures.
I will be happy to answer any questions and, of course, combine your shipping.
