All materials used in making the holster are new. The holsters are covered in imitation black crocodile skin or imitation leather and are soft to the touch but sturdy in there framework. Inside of the holsters are also lined and any metal covered. Quality chrome removable Chicago screws as fasteners. All in all very nice durable holster sets.
