This is a German marklin mini-club (marklin mini-club) track extension set.
It has been stored in a dark place. The item itself is almost like new, never used and stored in a dark place, with the cords still attached. (I took out a part of it for the first time to take pictures.)

The outer box has tape removal marks (on 4 sides) and the inner cover (plastic?) is partially damaged. Part of the cover is damaged (see photos). (See photos.) Other than that, there are some stains and scratches due to aging, but the product itself is in very clean condition.

I think the power supply needs a transformer.
