You will receive one small, healthy, young, lightly rooted one gallon. A one gallon pot is 6x8". Refer to the second picture.

Your plant may be only stems. The reasons for that are:

1) We keep our young babies defoliated to prevent diseases and pests. We want you to receive a healthy plant and give you the best start to your successful rose journey.

2) Defoliating leaves results in providing more energy to the plant

3) Roses will ship better without leaves. They are likely to droop, turn crispy or drop.

If you provide the correct care and show a little patience, the end result will be rewarding

Shipped in pot

Before transplanting, we suggest leaving it in the pot until it is full of leaves and fully rooted to the pot.

Unless otherwise stated in the description, pictures are reference pictures only

For some plants, colder months and shorter day light hours can cause green foliage to turn red, purple, orange, pink or yellow. It is possible to see remnants of this on your plant

*We reserve the right to remove, if any, declining parts of the plant before shipping*

TIPS FOR SUCCESS

Roses like a thorough watering, but they don't like to be soggy/saturated

You will want to avoid leaving foliage wet into the night

Provide good air flow

Wet buds at night can prevent the buds from opening and/or will cause the flowers to turn brown and shrivel. Avoiding late waterings will prevent 75% of your rose's potential issues

Water immediately. Regular watering

●If you have a full sun/part sun plant and it appears stressed, leave in the shade for a couple of days

When you repot or plant it in the ground:

●Loosen the root ball

●Don't plant too deep

●Don't cover the crown of the root ball with soil

●Start a fertilizing schedule. Choose your favorite rose fertilizer. This will encourage new growth relatively soon

For growing your plant and plant care, we suggest researching on an .edu website pertaining to your zone. For example...www.clemson.edu
