Vintage Migualt & Papin Porcelain Ballerina Doll. MP maker mark stamped on back of head. Circa early 1900s from our research. Porcelain/bisque head, arms and legs with soft body. Vintage good condition, missing hair/wig but otherwise no damage to body or dress.
