It’s a beautiful van that has been great for us, it’s an absolutely stunning conversion and looking around we can’t see anything anywhere close for the price. Any less and we’d rather keep it to enjoy this summer. Isn’t it a shame the world has headed this way…
Our stunning camper van is for sale.
First and foremost, this isn’t a scam listing as most seem to be nowadays, the camper is ours, the V5 is in our name, it’s parked at our home address and you’re more than welcome to bring the AA/RAC for a full inspection while we click the kettle on!
Right, so now that’s out of the way, here are the details:
It’s a facelift (new shape) 2015 Peugeot Boxer 2.2 diesel 6 speed LWB high top full spec van (the one with air con/cruise control/bluetooth radio and phone call connection/electric everything) which we bought from a mobility aid company who purchased it brand new.
It has 189k motorway miles (they drove north to south daily so far less wear and tear than a builder’s van being thrown around city streets!) which only equates to an average of 20k per year which really isn’t anything out of the ordinary. Included (and the very reason we chose this one) is a stamped service history book and a full folder of receipts showing it was maintained regardless of cost, something we figured was far more important.
In the rear there’s a full size shower cubicle (yes, you read that right!) a brand new Thetford toilet which secures in the shower area with a full wrap around privacy curtain, along with a twin hob gas cooker, sink with Shurflo pumped tap, a small fridge tucked neatly away, a diesel heater for those cold wintry nights, USB charging points, 240v on-site hookup with household sockets throughout, split charger, main LED ceiling lights, seperate reading light and also hidden relaxing mood lighting, alone with brand new pillows, duvet and bedding - it’s beautiful!
With all of the drab grey carpeted conversions around, we wanted somewhere light, airy and yet still very usable for long distance touring.
If you’re into blogging there’s a table seating area for your laptop (with charge point) while your partner grabs a shower or maybe pops a fresh pot of coffee on, and a perfect layout to open the back doors and watch the ocean while the sun sets…
It has a nearly full mot, starts and drives well, and has taken us to France several times without issue.
As mentioned before, we’re genuine people, and welcome any inspections to make sure you’re happy with it before the sale, we’re not ‘traders’ or a garage forecourt, we’re simply private sellers selling our own vehicle.
It’s been a great van for us, and hopefully will be for the next owners for many years to come.
We’ve priced it very reasonably for a quick sale.
