I do not know much about this. I do know this is really cool and I cannot find anything else like this online. I don't know if this is an original photo or a print I do not know. I do know that it is signed on three different spots as you can see in the photos and I can take better photos for you upon request. The earliest date that I can find is from 1984 and it looks like possibly a little love letter? Also signed by a commanding officer. I do not know much about it again. If you do know something about this please let me know. I would be interested and learning more about it. This has been kept in a smoke-free environment and no pets.
