Every binder is maxed out with cards. There are usually 3+ duplicates in each sleeve, that includes the loot cards, and a crap ton of foil cards. In fact there are binders just dedicated to foils. To be precise the duplicates are stacked behind each card in the binder as you can see in the photo. So each sleeve is a unique new card as you got through all the binders. The binders seems to be 5 full sets collecting every card or nearly every card from a range of the wow TCG sets. Whoever owned this previously dedicated a ton of time towards this collection.

About the loot cards... I haven't had the time to go through this whole collection, so its up for sale and ill leave the treasure to the buyer. What I will say is from what I have seen there is definitely OVER 100 LOOT CARDS and possibly over several hundred foil cards maybe even more than that. Oh and there was 1 sealed deck, and the scourge war epic collections are all factory sealed.
