Return process – read before ordering or returning.
Do not attempt your own repair on a product purchased without our authorization. The warranty will be void and return will not be authorized.
Before initiating a return:
Please contact us via email or phone as our technicians are often able to assist with troubleshooting resulting in no return. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will provide return instructions.
Return requirements:
All returns must include all original items and be in the same condition as they were we received. Once the return is authorized, we will provide a return id which should be visibly placed on the outside of the package.
Return fees:
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns excluded or not authorized:
Returns for compatibility, fit, technical specifications, buyer remorse, or accidental purchase will not be authorized.
Void tamper stickers are placed on many of our items to maintain product integrity and ensure original condition. Any product returned with the void tamper sticker damaged or removed will not be eligible for refund.
All products being returned will incur a restocking fee of 20% up to 50% depending on the item, the reason for the return, and the damage or lost revenue caused by the buyer.
WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 4 DAYS OF PURCHASE, OTHERWISE AN UNPAID ITEM CASE WILL BE OPENED AUTOMATICALLY. AFTER THE UNPAID ITEM CASE IS OPEN, YOU WILL HAVE 4 ADDITIONAL DAYS TO MAKE A PAYMENT BEFORE THE SALE IS CANCELLED.
