SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our shoes are made to order and are processed in the order which they are received.
We need 5-10 business days to process and make your order
and send it out (not including weekend and holidays)
and will ship via USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation.
Your order will arrive approximately 2-5 business days after it's shipped
(not including weekends and holidays) Someone 18 and over will need to sign for the package.
We use different shipping partners but the final delivery is usually USPS.
For International Orders please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
The final delivery is usually via your local postal service.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyers responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine
what these additional costs will be prior to or purchasing.
Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company
or collected when you pick the item up.
These fees are not additional shipping charges.
We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a "gift" on customs forms.
Doing this is against U.S. and international laws.
RETURNS
Items purchased from Creepy Kicks are custom made just for you.
Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective.
This includes ordering the wrong size.
If something you received is defective or not up to our usual standards
please contact us with a picture of the damaged item and your order number
and we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Spot wash only using a cold damp cloth.
Gently clean using small circular motions.
Let air dry.
