Ink levels are NOT checked on pens. It's best to assume that ink will need to be refilled or replaced. I will give them a quick writing test before they go into storage and I'll leave that result below.
Did the pen write during the test? No.
Does the clicker work? Yes. The plastic near the tip of pen is cracked.
