Palette is unused and brand new, however, it has a cracked mirror and superficial staining on the exterior of palette as well as on the palette material around the shades. One shade (Toffee) has minor superficial nick marks from the mirror, as shown in photo 3. PLEASE VIEW ALL 11 PHOTOS BEFORE PURCHASING.

I will ship product exceptionally safely and ensure to fully cover the mirror so it does not touch the shades while in transit. Palette is 100% unswatched and unused, but does have the issues as stated above.
