Vintage black and white photo of a rather attractive young flapper style woman in her winter dress leaning against a building on a city street. Holding a small parcel or purse. Peter Pan collar and drop waist blouse over ankle length skirt. Photo noted at bottom margin as Helen Chase.

Photo is estimated to be 1920s, possibly early 1930s. Photo is approximately 2.5" by 3.25". Photo appears to be original and not a reprint, and has some album paper residue on back where it was apparently removed from a family photo album. Information provided is to the best of my knowledge.
