Q1: No response after connection, no display on the screen?
1) Check whether the power supply is normal. Use an external 5V 2A power supply. The product indicator light turns red after switching on. If the indicator does not light, please replace the USB power adapter.
2) If the product starts normally (the indicator light is red), please check whether the input signal source of the display has selected the appropriate HDMI mode.
Q2: The smartphone (Android/IOS) cannot display the same screen as the large screen device after connecting.
