Miniature 1932 Cadillac V16 convertible, diecast body and plastic parts. Scale is not marked, but it's about 4-3/4" long. Doors open and wheels roll, has pull-back action. Has the look of a car that would have been chauffeur driven.

Excellent condition, adult owned, not played with, but the chrome on the rear wheels has dulled a little over time.
