Antique Meiji Taisho Yamatoku Porcelain Plate Birds Flowers Hand-Painted Marked

We are offering an antique Meiji Taisho Yamatoku porcelain plate measuring about 9.75” (25 cm) in diameter.

This piece is in the quintessential Yamatoku style, with bright colors and detailed imagery depicting two birds on a flowering branch surrounded by more flowers. The dark green in the piece is purposely textured.

This piece is the perfect addition to any collection.

The bottom is marked with the Yamatoku seal, though only half of the imprint is visible.

Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or crazing. There is some minor normal age related wear to the dark gold paint about the outer edge of the piece.
