Used, signs of wear/age, part of "s" in "Lakers" and the end of "Angeles" are fading. Lighter does not currently fire, did not have fuel to test it, but smells a bit of gas/burnt. Did not get a spark either when messing with flint. Good for collecting or repair. No box, just lighter.
