Includes an incredibly rare advertisement/coupon and locations listing for the defunct "Mrs. Knott's Restaurant & Bakery" chain of restaurants that were once located in Irvine, Mission Viejo and Moreno Valley. Very little information is known or is out there for this once promising restaurant chain since it only existed for a few years. In all my Knott's collectibles this is the only time I've ever seen it even mentioned anywhere.

Condition is very good, some minor wear throughout and it had been folded in half while used at the park, see pics. No holes, tears or other wear otherwise.
