Based on PP RX,we have developed ESP8285 version of Nano 2.4GHz rx named EP1 and EP2

The RF module of EP1/EP2 is the same as PP RX, but using ESP8285 MCU

So you can upgrade the firmware via WIFI which is very user friendly

Usually you just need to power up the unit with the remote control turned off

After a while you can find the ExpressLRS hotspot

Connect to this hotspot from your computer or cell phone

The password is expresslrs,then you can access 10.0.0.1 to upload the receiver firmware

Frequency Pairing Procedure

After plugging in the USB for the first time,disconnect the USB as soon as you see the LED go out

Repeat this procedure once and on the third time the USB is plugged in,the LED will begin to double flash

This indicates frequency pairing mode

2.Connect the ES24TX module or DIY 2.4G ELRS HF head module to the remote control correctly

Copy the ELRS.LUA file to the SD Card/Scripts/tools directory on the SD card of the remote control

Then run ELRS.LUA to execute the binding operation

3.After successful binding,the LED will turn to normal light

At the same time,you can receive telemetry signal

4.Meaning of LED status

PP:Always on,frequency pairing is successful or connection and communication are normal

LED double flash indicates successful frequency pairing,LED slow flash indicates unable to receive transmitter signal

EP1/EP2

Frequency pairing is successful or communication is normal,LED double flash for pairing frequency

LED slow flash cannot receive signal

LED fast flash for wifi communication mode,at this time you can update the program through the computer or cell phone connection
