Stunning Antique Kashmiri/Indian Carved Wooden Box.

The box is rectangular in shape and has a hinged lid. The box has two compartments inside.

The lid of the box is curved. The lid has the most delicate and detailed carvings on it. The carvings are superb in their execution.

The box has carvings on all of its sides, it's lid and even it's base.

The box closes firmly and the hinges are fully functioning. The corners of the box are rounded and softly curved.

The box is stunning, the carvings are beautiful.

The box is dark brown in colour and measures 19.5cm in length, 11.5cm in width and 5cm in height. The size is perfect for trinkets, jewellery or keepsakes.

The box is a wonderful decorative piece.

The box is in excellent condition inside and out. There is no damage. Any signs of wear would be consistent with the age of the box.
