  2. The goods have not been sent or packaged for delivery.
  3. Postage labels have not been purchased by The Coin Chest.

Change of Mind Returns:

  1. The purchaser notifies The Coin Chest within 7 calendar days of receiving goods.
  2. Goods must be sent by a tracked and fully insured method to The Coin Chest by the purchaser.
  3. The item must be received without damage, tampering, or defects.
  4. The original postage cost is forfeited.
  5. A 12.5% nonrefundable restocking fee is applied to the total of returned goods.
