VAT Exemption
All our
Incontinence products are VAT exempt for the end user and are listed without
VAT. If you are buying for resale or business use please contact us before
purchasing so that we can add VAT to the order. Please email us the name of the
product user and their medical condition for our records after purchase.
Due to recent changes in the rules relating to VAT exempt pricing, we
are now able to sell eligible VAT exempt incontinence products under a set
quantity without the need to complete a declaration form. These products
include incontinence pads, pants and bed pads. If you buy in larger quantities
you will be required to complete a VAT declaration form.
All our VAT exempt products show the prices without VAT and as we are
unable to provide the option for customers to declare they are eligible VAT
exempt it is important that you make the purchase on the understanding that you
qualify for VAT exemption.
If you or the end user suffer from a long term medical impairment or
have recently undergone a serious injury or operation, then it is very likely
you will be eligible. You do not need to be registered as disabled to qualify
for VAT relief.
If you are uncertain of your eligibility, you may wish to contact your
GP or surgery for further clarification.

If you do not qualify for VAT exemption or are buying goods for business
or institutional use, then please contact us before placing the order and we
will amend the pricing accordingly.
We
dispatch all orders received by 12 noon the same day (Monday – Friday). Orders
received after 12 noon or on a weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched the
next working day. If you order is urgent please email us to obtain an accurate
delivery date.

day providing your order is received by 11am Monday-Friday and the item is in

orders do arrive within the estimated times occasionally some orders may take
longer to arrive.

Cancelling before you have
received your order
Please email us via eBay as soon as you can
stating that you would like to cancel your order. If your order has not been
processed / dispatched it will be cancelled and you will be issued with a full
refund. If it is too late to stop your order from being dispatched please follow
the returns instructions below:
Cancelling after you have
received your order
Please email us via eBay within 30 days of
receiving your order. Unless you are cancelling due to an error / fault with
the order / goods you will be liable for return postage costs. The goods must
be returned in their original condition along with the original invoice to the
address below. For your records please obtain a free Certificate of Posting
from the Post Office when returning your goods. A full refund will be issued as
soon as the goods are received back. If you item arrives in a damaged condition
or if the item is incorrect please email us via eBay and we will advise on how
to return the item free of charge for a refund or replacement.
