Application:
This projector lifter is used at school, assembly room and another. The projector lift can put the projector hidden, and this lift included a remote control, so it will be more beautiful and more convenience.
Installation process:
1) Confirm the installation location of the lift based on the screen size and projector focal, then make a ceilings hole (47 cm × 47cm) (This size is only for suggestion, you can adjust if you have special requirement);
2) Confirm the mounting holes based on decorative plate size. With the four pieces M8 × 12 screws explosion, to set down the hanger mounting plate;
3) Put the projector lift into the mounting plate, and use four pieces M6 × 12 screws to tighten;
4) Electronic limit switch, memory positioning
5) Install decorative floor, adjust the screw to make decorative plate parallel to the ceiling;
6) Installation universal head, fixed projector;
7) Strictly in accordance with traces schematic wiring to prevent pinch-off.
Notice:
The load of this lift is 10kg, the unilateral dimension of the projector can not more than 42cm, if the thickness of projector is 10cm, the minimum full hide thickness (install thickness) is 37cm, every projector thickness adds 1cm, and the install thickness adds 1cm accordingly. The standard base plate is 50*50cm, opening size is 47*47cm . Please confirm this data when you order so that you can use it.
 
 

Installation Steps for Electric Suspension Bracket

1. After determining the installation position of the projector, open a ceiling hole (the recommended size of the hole is the length and width of the decorative board minus 3CM), and leave an access hole on one side. It is easier to install before the ceiling work.     

 

2. Measure and determine the fixing hole position of the lifting plate, fix the lifting plate to the cement top surface with expansion screws, and tighten the screws. Then insert the chassis into the fixing plate and secure it with screws.

 

3. Install all accessories and adjust the limit. (Kind reminder: If you can't guarantee that the base plate will be installed in one go, you can leave the base plate in place for now.   You can first install a screw rod to adjust the upper and lower limits of the machine to avoid damage. After debugging, fix the four screw rods to the bottom plate and then install them on the chassis.)

Note: The opening size of the ceiling is recommended to be the length and width of the base plate minus 3cm. For the first installation, the upper and lower limits need to be set using the remote control handle after power is turned on. After each contraction in place, the decorative base plate will be attached to the bottom of the ceiling and cover the opening. The standard base plate size of this electric hanger is 50 * 50cm, and it is suitable for projectors with external dimensions within 43cm. The recommended opening size is 48 * 48cm. (Base plate only comes with one piece)
