The beautiful, vintage carved mother of pearl powder compact is by All-World. It features a detailed rose with a cultured pearl in the center. It is stamped Japan on the back and is a gold tone metal triple part case. It was a gifted to my grandmother in the 1960’s. She had never used it. It is in pristine condition. It comes with the original box (which is velvet lined), the original satin, flannel-lined pouch, power puff, power screen, and tag. There are faint smudges on the satin pouch and three very tiny marks on the back. Please see photos. It has been stored in a smoke-free, environmentally controlled environment.
