This DermaWand is the As Seen On TV model, and it comes in the original box with some extra items.  Included is the wand, a cosmetic bag, instructions, Hydra Support cream, Skin Mist, and a Pre-Face Treatment.  The DVD is not included.  It is all new, but the box has been opened.  Please ask any questions, and I will ship with tracking as soon as payment is made.  Thank you.
