Small Round Hammered Metal Votive Candle Holder - New

Here's a small votive candle holder.

Strips of metal are hammered to a form.  Metal strips have a round circle design. Little nails look like brass heads.

Measures 2 3/4" diameter. 1 1/2" high. Bowl is 1/2" deep and is 1 1/2" wide.

Weighs 2.3 ounces.

Label on bowl is unreadable by me. Not sure of language or what the symbol means.

MADE IN INDIA label appears on bottom of piece.

Listed as NEW because it appears to have never been used for its intended purpose.

This is a found item, so my guess it was purchased and put away until it came my way. Any age/wear is from storage.
