Darling Vintage 1978 handmade, hand-painted ceramic Santa Claus winking with his toy sack & holding a black lantern.  Handmade Santa stands approx 17" tall x 12" wide x 9" deep.  Was made & painted in a ceramics class in 1978.  Santa is holding a black lantern in one hand & his toy sack flung over his shoulder is full of toys.  Figure is hollow on the inside & is free from visible cracks & chips.  There are 2 chips underneath on the edge of the base.  See Photos.  Engraved with name & date on the underneath edge as well.  There is a small spot of green paint on the white fur of Santa's suit around the bottom hem.
