Detailed description of defects detected and denoted from a cursory visual inspection:
FRONT COVER: Lays fairly flat with minimal surface wear beginning to show. There is a 1/2" creasing at the bottom near the left spine corner. For the most part it does not break the ink except slightly for 1/8" near the edging. This defect is somewhat minor and perhaps could easily be pressed out for the most part as it's not immediately obvious until closer examination.
FRONT COVER EDGES: Edges are fairly sharp and clean.
FRONT COVER CORNERS: Corners are cut sharp and square, but have minor wear or blunting to them.
FRONT COVER SPINE: Spine is flat and tight, but it does have a few very minor cross stress creases to it.
INTERIOR PAGES: Interior pages are clean and complete. Paper is supple and fresh from glossy stock.
BACK COVER: Lays flat and is very clean and sharp. Inking is generally bright.
BACK COVER EDGES: Edges are cut sharp and appear smooth.
BACK COVER CORNERS: Corners are fairly sharp, but spine corners have some minor wear or blunting.
BACK COVER SPINE: It is tight and flat.
Guesstimated Grade Range Assessment:
Since I'm not a professional grader and the buyer cannot physically examine the copy, I typically provide a guesstimated grade range using Overstreet grading standards so based on the above noted defects detected I believe this copy would grade no lower than (7.5) VF- but no higher than (8.5) VF+, with a solid mid-grade of (8.0) VF. I really don't think this would grade above (8.5) VF+ due to the small bend/crease at the front bottom edge near the spine corner as I don't believe a (9.0) VF/NM would allow for this. However, this defect is rather minor and possibly could be pressed out for a higher grading consideration.
Now, this is my general opinion and perhaps sending it to a professional grader one could receive a higher or lower grade than the range I'm suggesting. Please view the photos provided and make your own independent judgement. I think (8.0) VF or slightly higher is a fair assessment for this copy, but I suppose it's possible it could grade higher or lower? It still retains very nice eye appeal and the defects are rather unnoticeable.
