This card is an UNOFFICIAL custom made Pokemon card in near mint condition.

It has been made with intricate, textured type holo foiling. Featuring Lance with Red/ Shining Gyarados, in Japanese.

Card will come well protected in sleeve, hard plastic toploader and cardboard envelope.
