This is a small collectible poncho pikachu import. The plush measures at 20cm and is in an excellent overall condition.

None of the plushes I have listed have been personally handled much, but they may have been an ex crane game/ claw machine toy, game prize etc. They are products that are likely to have been exclusive to Japan and/ or wider Asia.
