You get the exact tablet shown in the pictures. 

Its broken and sold as faulty for spares and repairs hence NO RETURN OR REFUND would be accepted for ANY reason.

I think its surface pro 3 but not entirely sure. You can check against the serial number of the tablet against Microsoft website.

Not sure of the spec either.
