Corgi 40th. Anniversary Near Mint Model #54005 in Original Box + Ltd.Ed. Certificate
4502 NEW JERSEY PUBLIC SERVICE BUS

This is a Corgi 40th. Anniversary Model (1956-1996) and is a superb example of the 1960's General Motors 4502 Public Service Bus from the Corgi Classic Buses.
This GM Suburban Bus model GM4502 operated by the 'Public Service of New Jersey' was a second generation model produced between 1963 - 1967.
Model comes in the then New Jersey livery of predominantly red and cream colourway finish with a silver roof.
This limited edition diecast model with plastic parts was released in 1996. Model comes in mint / near mint condition (see pics), fitted with window glazing all round and detailed interior with grey seating. Unapplied rear view mirrors, still on sprues, come in unopened cellophane wallet.
Black tread tyres on cream plastic hubs.
Model measures some 21cm. in length at 1:50 scale.
Includes its picture card Limited Edition Certificate, No.2886 of only 5,000 produced.
Model comes complete in its original Corgi Classics 40th. Anniversary picture card box which comes in good overall condition.
No inscriptions or paper loss, colours vibrant, just light rubbing to corners and light shelf wear. All small end flaps and large 'tuck-in' flaps present to one end, opposite end has a small end flap cut short (looks to have been removed for a token etc ?), wear and rubbing to corners and all flap hinges.
Box comes with its inner all around protective card packaging with polystyrene end protection.
Listed as 'Used' as the box has light shelf wear although the model itself comes in near mint condition.
Overall a superb example of this original boxed Corgi Classics model.
