CONDITION: UNPLAYED AND SEALED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.  THIS IS FROM A CLOSED RECORD STORE'S BACKSTOCK AND IT WILL PROBABLY HAVE A DELETION DRILL HOLE OR SAW CUT AND MINOR STORAGE WEAR.   Sometimes stock may have been re-sealed back in the 1970/80s by wholesale distributors, which was common practice.  Some 8-track tapes degrade over the years so even New Old Stock tapes MAY need new sensing foil, rollers or pads. Because of their age, ALL of our sealed 8-track cartridges are sold 'As-Is'.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF SEALED 8-TRACKS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS THEY ARE STILL SEALED AS ORGINALLY SHIPPED. 

The higher value of sealed old stock 8-tracks is usually due to collectors wanting to keep, and not open, original issues.  Open copies of the same 8-tracks are not usually worth as much to collectors because they are more common, however good the condition.  These sealed 8-track cartridges are sold cheaply on an 'As Is' basis.  If you are purchasing this title to open and play, it is not returnable under any circumstances.  It is sold as a still-sealed collectors item under the assumption that the purchaser intends to keep it as sealed.
