Shipping and Processing of Orders Policy 

After payment is received, all orders—excluding holidays and weekends—will be sent within 48 to 72 hours. Under normal conditions, we work hard to make sure that the delivery procedure is quick and easy. 

Please anticipate receiving your delivery within 3 to 7 days of the shipping date for shipments coming from our main warehouse. Please be aware that occasionally delays could happen as a result of uncontrollable situations, including problems with the delivery provider.

To relieve you of any customs duty requirements, your item will be sent to you as a gift by mail. We are happy to provide free tracking and insurance for any shipments going within the United States, Europe, and Germany. All orders also come with free delivery.

You will be informed right away if an item is out of stock at the moment you place your purchase. Usually, restocking takes three to five weeks. Customers can choose from the following alternatives during this time: 

Await restocking: You have the option to hold off till the item is back in stock. 

Cancel the order: If you would rather not wait, you can ask to have the order canceled.

If clients prefer not to wait for the replenishment window, we provide an additional delivery choice from our Chinese warehouse. The waiting period is reduced to just 10 to 25 business days with this option. Clients who choose this option should understand that delivery times are not the same as with regular shipping.

Policy for Cancellations and Returns 

A Return & Refund: 

• Before the shipment is officially shipped, orders are open to an unconditional cancellation policy. 

• We will try to intercept the shipment if it is already in route, but there is no guarantee that we will be successful. 

• Orders that are successfully canceled are refunded in full. 

• Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the products being delivered, and they must be accepted within 7 days. 

• We sell compatible sets, and if the product is assumed to be an authentic item from well-known companies without reading the product description, we do not accept returns.  

• An unused item in its original packing that has no missing or broken parts eligible for a return.  

• Attached to the request for return must be images of the packaging.  

• A successful review results in the approval of the return request. 

• For personal reasons (such as incorrect address, changed mind, or incorrect order), the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.  

• In cases when the seller is at fault (such as receiving the incorrect product), they will pay the return shipping costs. 

• The customer is responsible for providing the right delivery address; any returns that result from an inaccurate address are the buyer's responsibility.  

• Within two to seven business days of receiving a return request and the tracking number of the package, the company will examine the return and initiate the refund procedure.  

• It can take three to ten business days for the refund to be officially issued.
