The stamps feature President Franklin D. Roosevelt and a group of workers in a common determination. The National Recovery Administration was established by FDR in 1933 as part of the New Deal. The goal of the administration was to bring industry, labor, and government together to create codes of fair practices and set prices. The stamps are in mint, never hinged condition as issued in 1933 and 1945.
