SHIPPING
Once payment has been received all orders will be posted within 2 working days except Weekends and Bank Holidays,
items will be despatched by courier
Any missing items must go through the Ebay resolution process of item not received to get a refund
RETURNS
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and unworn and have all original tags and labels attached. Please email me before posting to let me know you intend to return an item. Please enclose a note with the returning item stating: your name and address, ebay user ID, ebay item number & reason for return. Refunds are made for the original purchase price only. The cost of returning the item to me is not refundable unless the reason for return is attributable to me, which does not include items that do not fit. When returning items please obtain a certificate of posting from your Post Office as responsibility for any lost returned parcels is that of the buyer
If items received damaged please raise a returns request FOC with Ebay, full refund will be given when item has been received back
