Also fading to colour of binding - marking to covers - heavy wear and rubbing to extremities - some marking and foxing throughout.
The book is however complete, with only one small tear present to the bottom of one page, but with no loss of text (see pictures)
The text block is firm and secure with no missing, detached or loose pages.

The top page fore edges are gilt edged.
