Antique Art Nouveau Scroll Overlay Motif Sterling Silver Glass Bottle Stopper

Measures about 1-1/4" in diameter,  Length (total) is 2-1/4".  Stopper measures 1" long.  Width is graduated from 3/4" to 1/4".

No visible marks but tests as sterling.

Etched 199 on bottom 34 on side

I have left the natural patina, but this silver should Polish up nicely If so desiredplease see all pictures as they are the best description.
